  "text": "The position to be adopted by the European Union with regard to a decision to be taken by the management entities under the Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the European Union on the coordination of energy-efficiency labelling programmes for office equipment on revising the specifications for computers given in Part I of Annex C to the Agreement shall be based on the attached draft decision.\nThis Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.",
