  "text": "Council Decision (EU) 2015/1420\nof 16 March 2015\non the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Association Council established by the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part, with regard to the adoption of a Recommendation on the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agenda\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Article 217, in conjunction with Article 218(9) thereof,\nHaving regard to the joint proposal from the European Commission and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part (the ‘Agreement’) was signed on 21 March 2014 and 27 June 2014.\n(2)\nPending its entry into force, the Agreement is being applied provisionally in accordance with Council Decisions 2014/295/EU, 2014/668/EU and 2014/691/EU.\n(3)\nThe Parties have agreed on an Association Agenda providing for a list of priorities for their joint work on a sector by sector basis, which will prepare and facilitate the implementation of the Agreement, and will have to be adopted by the Association Council set up under the Agreement.\n(4)\nThe position to be taken on behalf of the Union in the Association Council on the adoption of the recommendation on the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agenda has to be adopted by the Council,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
