  "heading": "Each in-kind contribution will be subject to a written contract between the Organisation and the delivering body performing the in-kind contribution. The in-kind contribution contract should cover, at a minimum and when applicable, the following issues:",
  "text": "a technical description and specification including interface and integration requirements,\na project plan, including time schedules, deliverables and milestones,\nthe total attributed value,\nterms of delivery and transportation,\nquality control and performance testing prior to acceptance and commissioning,\ndocumentation; operating manual, parts list, maintenance manual including spare parts list,\ntraining of operating staff,\ntechnical and financial control systems,\nappointment of responsible personnel,\nroles and responsibilities of the Organisation, and the delivering body,\ninsurances,\nownership of background and foreground,\nuse and dissemination of foreground,\nlicences and rights,\naccess rights,\ntransfer of ownership\nprocedures for reporting\nthe scope and content of the formal evaluation carried out at delivery of the in-kind contribution,\nrisk assessment and risk management.",
