  "text": "1. There shall be a European Research Infrastructure called the European Spallation Source (ESS).\n2. The European Spallation Source (ESS) shall have the legal form of a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) incorporated under the provision of Regulation (EC) No 723/2009 and be named European Spallation Source ERIC (‘the Organisation’).\n3. The Organisation shall have its statutory seat in Lund, Sweden.\n4. The working language of the Organisation shall be English.",
