  "text": "1. The Organisation shall be an equal opportunity employer. A contract of employment shall be governed by the law of the country in which the employee habitually carries out his work in performance of the contract.\n2. Subject to the requirements of national legislation, each member shall within its jurisdiction facilitate the movement and residence of nationals of the members' countries involved in the tasks of the Organisation and of the family members of such nationals.",
