Article 13 Entry into force

1.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

2.

It shall apply until 17 September 2017.

3.

It shall apply to persons arriving on the territory of Italy or Greece as from 16 September 2015 until 17 September 2017, as well as to applicants having arrived on the territory of those Member States from 15 August 2015 onwards.
