  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1524\nof 14 September 2015\namending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.\n(2)\nOn 13 March 2015, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2015/432 thereby renewing the measures for a further six months.\n(3)\nIn view of the continued undermining or threatening of the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, Decision 2014/145/CFSP should be amended and those measures renewed for a further six months.\n(4)\nOn the basis of a review by the Council, the entries in the Annex should be amended and the entry for one deceased person should be deleted.\n(5)\nDecision 2014/145/CFSP should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
