  "text": "When a laboratory examination is required to confirm or rule out the presence of IHN or VHS or both in accordance with Article 57(b) of Directive 2006/88/EC using the diagnostic methods set out in point II.3 of Part 1 of Annex I, the following detailed diagnostic methods and procedures shall apply:\n(a)conventional virus isolation with subsequent seroneutralisation, immune-chemical or molecular virus identification;\n(b)virus detection by RT-PCR or RT-qPCR;\n(c)other diagnostic techniques such as IFAT, ELISA, RT-PCR, IHC.",
