THE EU-REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA CUSTOMS SUB-COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other partf1 (‘the Agreement’), and in particular Article 200 thereof,
Whereas:
(1)
In accordance with Article 464 of the Agreement, parts of the Agreement have been applied provisionally as of 1 September 2014.
(2)
Pursuant to Article 200 of the Agreement, the Customs Sub-Committee is to monitor the implementation and administration of Chapter 5 (Customs and Trade Facilitation) of Title V (Trade and Trade-related Matters) of the Agreement.
(3)
Pursuant to Article 200(3)(e) of the Agreement, the Customs Sub-Committee is to adopt its own rules of procedure,
