  "text": "Council Decision (EU) 2015/1792\nof 5 October 2015\nappointing five Spanish members and five Spanish alternate members of the Committee of the Regions\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Article 305 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposals of the Spanish Government,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 26 January, on 5 February and on 23 June 2015, the Council adopted Decisions (EU) 2015/116, (EU) 2015/190 and (EU) 2015/994 appointing the members and alternate members of the Committee of the Regions for the period from 26 January 2015 to 25 January 2020,\n(2)\nFive members' seats on the Committee of the Regions have become vacant following the end of the term of office of Ms Rita BARBERÁ NOLLA, Ms Yolanda BARCINA ANGULO, Ms María Dolores de COSPEDAL GARCÍA, Mr Ignacio GONZÁLEZ GONZÁLEZ and Mr José Antonio MONAGO TERRAZA,\n(3)\nFive alternate members' seats on the Committee of the Regions have become vacant following the end of the term of office of Mr Enrique BARRASA SÁNCHEZ, Mr Borja COROMINAS FISAS, Ms Teresa GIMÉNEZ DELGADO DE TORRES, Ms María Victoria PALAU TÁRREGA and Mr Juan Luis SÁNCHEZ DE MUNIÁIN LACASA,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
