  "text": "Council Decision (EU) 2015/1795\nof 1 October 2015\non the conclusion of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Union and the Faroe Islands associating the Faroe Islands to Horizon 2020 — the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014-2020)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Article 186, in conjunction with Article 218(6)(a) and the first subparagraph of Article 218(8) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the European Commission,\nHaving regard to the consent of the European Parliament,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Union and the Faroe Islands associating the Faroe Islands to Horizon 2020 — the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014-2020) (‘the Agreement’) was signed on behalf of the Union on 17 December 2014 in accordance with Council Decision (EU) 2015/209, subject to its conclusion at a later date.\n(2)\nThe Agreement should be approved,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
