# Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1835 of 12 October 2015 defining the statute, seat and operational rules of the European Defence Agency (recast), Article 32: Security

1. The Agency shall apply the Council's security regulations as set out in Council Decision 2013/488/EU.
2. The Agency shall ensure appropriate security in its external communications.
