# Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1873 of 8 October 2015 on subjecting 4-methyl-5-(4-methylphenyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-amine (4,4′-DMAR) and 1-cyclohexyl-4-(1,2-diphenylethyl)piperazine (MT-45) to control measures, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The following new psychoactive substances shall be subjected to control measures across the Union:
(a) 4-methyl-5-(4-methylphenyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-amine (4,4′-DMAR);
(b) 1-cyclohexyl-4-(1,2-diphenylethyl)piperazine (MT-45).
