# Council Decision (EU) 2015/1889 of 8 October 2015 on the dissolution of the Europol pension fund, Article 7: Entry into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its adoption.
It shall apply from 1 January 2016. However, Article 3 shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Decision.
