  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1924\nof 26 October 2015\namending Decision 2011/101/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Zimbabwe\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 15 February 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/101/CFSP.\n(2)\nOne deceased person should be deleted from Annexes I and II to that Decision.\n(3)\nDecision 2011/101/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
