Article 12 Scientific Advisory Board

1.

The General Assembly shall establish an independent Scientific Advisory Board.

2.

The membership and the rules of procedure of the Scientific Advisory Board shall be decided by the General Assembly and included into the internal rules.

3.

The Scientific Advisory Board shall:

(a)

monitor the scientific quality of ICOS RI activities;

(b)

give feedback and make recommendations to develop ICOS RI activities;

(c)

present recommendations annually to the General Assembly.
