Article 27 Applicable law

The setting-up and internal functioning of ICOS ERIC shall be governed by:

1. (a)

   Union law, in particular Regulation (EC) No 723/2009;

2. (b)

   by the law of the hosting state in case of a matter not covered (or only partly covered) by Union law;

3. (c)

   by these Statutes and their implementing rules.
