Division 13 If the Monitoring Trustee ceases to perform its functions under the commitments or for any other good cause, including the exposure of the Monitoring Trustee to a conflict of interest:

  1. (a)

    the Commission may, after hearing the Monitoring Trustee, require AIB to replace the Monitoring Trustee; or

  2. (b)

    AIB, with the prior approval of the Commission, may replace the Monitoring Trustee.
