# Decision (EU) 2015/2240 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 establishing a programme on interoperability solutions and common frameworks for European public administrations, businesses and citizens (ISA2 programme) as a means for modernising the public sector (Text with EEA relevance), Article 18: Entry into force

This Decision shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2020.
Notwithstanding the second paragraph of this Article, Article 13 shall apply from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2021.
