  "text": "The values relating to the performance of manufacturers, as confirmed or amended for each manufacturer of passenger cars and for each pool of such manufacturers in respect of the 2014 calendar year in accordance with Article 8(5) of Regulation (EC) No 443/2009, are specified in the Annex to this Decision.\nThe values referred to in points (a) to (e) of Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 for each manufacturer of passenger cars and for each pool of such manufacturers in respect of the 2014 calendar year are also specified in the Annex to this Decision, with the exception provided for in Article 2(4) of that Regulation for the manufacturers concerned.",
