# Council Decision (EU) 2015/2289 of 3 December 2015 establishing the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Joint Committee set up under the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Cape Verde on facilitating the issue of short-stay visas to citizens of the Republic of Cape Verde and of the European Union, with regard to the adoption of common guidelines for the implementation of the Agreement, Division 2.1: Rules that apply to all visa applicants


It is recalled that the facilitations mentioned below regarding departure in the event of lost or stolen documents and the extension of a visa in exceptional circumstances apply to all visa holders of Cape Verde and Member States.
