  "text": "Experts fees are made available for activities under 4.2.2 to 4.2.4. Regarding activities under 4.2.4, experts fees will be broken down hourly depending on the actual time (measured in hours) spent on commodity identification requests. A maximum of 100 expert fees (800 hours) is expected.",
