Division (1) The Commission shall be authorised to negotiate with the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe and, where appropriate and subject to complying with paragraph 3 of this Annex, agree on modifications to the Protocol in respect of the following issues:
United Kingdom
- (a)
decision on the modalities of the sectoral support in accordance with Article 3 of the Protocol;
- (b)
adaptation of the provisions on the pursuit of fishing activities and the rules for implementing the Protocol and its annexes, in accordance with Article 5(2) of the Protocol.
