France shall establish the protection and surveillance zones in accordance with Article 16(1) of Directive 2005/94/EC, and\n(a) France shall publish lists of the protection and surveillance zones established in accordance with Article 16(1) of Directive 2005/94/EC (‘the lists’).\n(b) France shall ensure that the lists are kept up-to-date and provide any update immediately to the Commission, to other Member States and to the public.\n2. The Commission shall publish the lists on its website, for information purposes only.",
