  "text": "The competent authority of France shall authorise the dispatch of poultry for direct slaughter from the areas in the surveillance zones listed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 1 to a designated slaughterhouse located within the surveillance or the further restricted zone provided that such movement is carried out:\n(a) without any undue delay as a single trip;\n(b) under stringent biosecurity measures including a strict separation from poultry originating from other regions, as well as cleaning and disinfection measures.",
