Article 1
1.
Protocol 4 to the EEA Agreement shall be replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.
2.
Notwithstanding paragraph 1 of this Article, Article 41 of Protocol 4, as amended by Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No XX/2015f1, shall continue to apply until 1 January 2017.
