  "text": "Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2015/336\nof 2 March 2015\nimplementing Decision 2013/798/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Central African Republic\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2013/798/CFSP of 23 December 2013 concerning restrictive measures against the Central African Republic, and in particular Article 2c thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 23 December 2013, the Council adopted Decision 2013/798/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 31 December 2014, the Sanctions Committee established pursuant to United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Resolution 2127 (2013) concerning Central African Republic, deleted one person from the list of persons subject to the measures imposed by paragraphs 30 and 32 of UNSC Resolution 2134 (2014).\n(3)\nThe list of persons subject to restrictive measures as set out in the Annex to Decision 2013/798/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
