  "text": "The European Development Fund Committee (the ‘Committee’) shall comprise the delegations of the Member States (the ‘delegations’) and shall be chaired by a representative of the Commission.\nAn observer from the European Investment Bank (EIB) shall take part in the Committee's proceedings with regard to questions concerning the EIB.\nA representative of the General Secretariat of the Council shall attend the meetings as an observer.",
