Article 17 Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data by the Committee and its working groups shall be in conformity with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Councilf1, under the responsibility of the Chair acting as the controller, within the meaning of point (d) of Article 2 of that Regulation.
