# Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/364 of 5 March 2015 amending Decision 2014/119/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine, Article 1

Decision 2014/119/CFSP is amended as follows:
(1) Article 5 is replaced by the following:
‘Article 5 This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Decision shall apply until 6 March 2016. The measures in Article 1 shall apply with regard to entries No 4, 8, 10 and 13 in the Annex until 6 June 2015.
This Decision shall be kept under constant review. It shall be renewed, or amended as appropriate, if the Council deems that its objectives have not been met.’;
(2) the Annex is replaced by the text appearing in the Annex to this Decision.
