  "text": "This Decision lays down the procedural requirements for both the notification and the application for the prior approval that supervised credit institutions shall submit to the ECB in order to exclude staff members or categories of staff members from the presumption of being identified staff based on the quantitative criteria laid down in Article 4 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 604/2014.",
