# Commission Decision (EU) 2015/512 of 25 March 2015 amending Decision 1999/352/EC, ECSC, Euratom establishing the European Anti-fraud Office, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Article 2 of Decision 1999/352/EC, ECSC, Euratom is amended as follows:
(1) in paragraph 2, the second sentence is deleted;
(2) paragraph 4 is replaced by the following:
‘4. The Office shall be responsible for the preparation of the legislative and regulatory initiatives of the Commission with the objective of fraud prevention as referred to in paragraph 1.’.
