Division Identification of the manufacturer and importer

Manufacturers^f1 shall indicate their name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and the address at which they can be contacted on the alcohol-powered flueless fireplace itself or on its packaging and in a document accompanying the fireplace.

They shall also affix information enabling identification of the product (serial or batch number) on the product itself.

Importers^f2 shall indicate their name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and the address at which they can be contacted on the alcohol-powered flueless fireplace itself or on its packaging and in a document accompanying the fireplace. In cases where the importer would have to open the packaging only for the purpose of putting this required information on the product itself, it is sufficient to indicate the name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and the address at which they can be contacted on the packaging or in a document accompanying the fireplace.
