  "heading": "Definition",
  "text": "For the purposes of this Decision, the following definition shall apply:\n‘Alcohol-powered flueless fireplace’ means an appliance which:\n(a) is designed to produce a decorative flame by burning alcohol, but is unsuitable for primary heating purposes; and\n(b) is not designed to be connected to a flue.",
