THE EU-REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA ASSOCIATION COUNCIL,
Having regard to the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other partf1 (‘the Agreement’), and in particular Article 434 thereof,
Whereas:
(1)
In accordance with Article 464 of the Agreement, parts of the Agreement have been applied provisionally as of 1 September 2014.
(2)
Pursuant to Article 435(2) of the Agreement, the Association Council is to establish its own rules of procedure.
(3)
Pursuant to Article 437(1) of the Agreement, the Association Council is to be assisted in the performance of its duties by an Association Committee whereas pursuant to Article 438(1) of the Agreement the Association Council is to determine in its rules of procedure the duties and functioning of the Association Committee,
