  "text": "DRAFT\nDECISION No 2/2014 OF THE EU-REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA ASSOCIATION COUNCIL\nof …\non the establishment of two Sub-Committees\nTHE EU-REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA ASSOCIATION COUNCIL,\nHaving regard to the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part (‘the Agreement’), and in particular Article 439 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nIn accordance with Article 464 of the Agreement, parts of the Agreement have been applied provisionally as of 1 September 2014.\n(2)\nPursuant to Article 439(2) of the Agreement, the Association Council may decide to set up any special committee or body in specific areas necessary for the implementation of the Agreement to assist the Association Council in carrying out its duties.\n(3)\nIn order to allow for expert level discussions on the key areas falling within the scope of the provisional application of the Agreement, two sub-committees should be established.\n(4)\nUpon agreement of the Parties, it should be possible to modify the list of sub-committees and the scope of the individual sub-committees,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:\nDone at …,\nFor the Association Council\nThe Chair",
