  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/739\nof 7 May 2015\namending Decision 2013/798/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Central African Republic\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 23 December 2013, the Council adopted Decision 2013/798/CFSP following the adoption of United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 2127 (2013).\n(2)\nOn 22 January 2015, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2196 (2015).\n(3)\nUNSCR 2196 (2015) provides for certain amendments to the criteria for restrictions on admission and the freezing of funds and economic resources for persons or entities designated by the Committee established pursuant to paragraph 57 of UNSCR 2127 (2013).\n(4)\nFurther Union action is needed in order to implement certain amendments.\n(5)\nDecision 2013/798/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
