  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/77\nof 19 January 2015\nappointing the European Union Special Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) and Article 33 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 18 July 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/426/CFSP appointing Mr Peter SØRENSEN as the European Union Special Representative (EUSR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The EUSR's mandate is to expire on 30 June 2015.\n(2)\nFollowing the appointment of Mr Peter SØRENSEN to another function, Mr Lars-Gunnar WIGEMARK should be appointed as the EUSR in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1 March 2015.\n(3)\nThe EUSR will implement the mandate in the context of a situation which may deteriorate and could impede the achievement of the objectives of the Union's external action as set out in Article 21 of the Treaty,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
