  "text": "Article 5 of Decision 2014/119/CFSP is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 5 This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nThis Decision shall apply until 6 March 2016. The measures in Article 1 shall apply with regard to entry No 10 in the Annex until 6 October 2015.\nThis Decision shall be kept under constant review. It shall be renewed, or amended as appropriate, if the Council deems that its objectives have not been met.’.",
