  "text": "For averaging periods for emissions to water, the following definition applies.\nFor discontinuous flows, a different sampling procedure yielding representative results (e.g. spot sampling) can be used.\nDaily average\nAverage over a sampling period of 24 hours taken as a flow-proportional composite sample (or as a time-proportional composite sample provided that sufficient flow stability is demonstrated)",
