Article 4 Annual application and commitment

Farmers who want to benefit from a derogation under this Decision shall submit an application for derogation to the competent authorities annually by 15 February. For the year 2016, the annual application shall be submitted by 30 June 2016.

Together with the annual application referred to in paragraph 1 farmers shall undertake in writing to fulfil the conditions provided for in Articles 5, 6 and 7.
