THE EU-INDONESIA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Partnership and Cooperation between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Indonesia, of the other partf1 (the ‘Agreement’), and in particular Article 41 thereof,
Whereas:
(1)
The Agreement entered into force on 1 May 2014.
(2)
In order to contribute to the effective implementation of the Agreement, the Joint Committee should be established as soon as possible.
(3)
Pursuant to Article 41(5) of the Agreement, the Joint Committee should adopt its own rules of procedure for the application of the Agreement,
