# Council Decision (EU) 2016/1170 of 12 July 2016 on the position to be adopted, on behalf of the European Union, within the Joint Committee established by the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Partnership and Cooperation between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Indonesia, on the other part, in relation to the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Joint Committee, and the setting up of specialised working groups, Paragraph 3: Delegations


1. The Members of the Joint Committee may be accompanied by other officials. Before each meeting, the Parties shall be informed, through the Secretariat, of the intended composition of the delegations attending the meeting.
2. When appropriate and by mutual agreement of the Parties, experts or representatives of other bodies may be invited to attend the meetings of the Joint Committee as observers or in order to provide information on a particular subject.
