The following instructions for use shall be included in the product authorisation:

  • ‘Fix the bait station to the ground’.

  • ‘In case of accidental spillage of the liquid, dispose of the bait station as hazardous waste’.

2.

Under the terms and conditions set out in paragraph 1, the product meets the conditions laid down in Article 19(1)(b)(iv) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012.
