  "text": "1. The normal working hours for contract staff members shall be 40 hours per week, to be completed in accordance with a general schedule set by the Director.\n2. Flexible working hours may be agreed by the Director for the staff as a whole or in accordance with contract staff members' personal circumstances or the constraints of their particular work.\n3. Where exceptional circumstances, decided at the discretion of the Director, so require, some contract staff members may be required to work at weekends or on public holidays. In such cases, the hours worked shall give entitlement to equivalent time off in lieu.",
