  "text": "The list of public holidays shall be drawn up by the Director taking into account the official list of public holidays as published at the place of employment and in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nThese public holidays shall not be deducted from the contract staff members' annual leave entitlement.\nIf one or several public holidays falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the Director may designate an equal number of days in lieu.",
