  "text": "Net basic salary shall be the amount shown for the grade and step of a contract staff member in the scales approved each year by the Board on the basis of the proposal made by the Coordinated Committee on Remunerations.\nGross basic salary shall correspond to net basic salary plus the internal tax due from the contract staff member.",
