  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/1182\nof 18 July 2016\nconcerning the Staff Regulations of the European Union Institute for Security Studies\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2014/75/CFSP of 10 February 2014 on the European Union Institute for Security Studies, and in particular the third subparagraph of Article 7(1) thereof,\nHaving regard to the recommendation from the Director of the European Union Institute for Security Studies,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe European Union Institute for Security Studies (‘the Institute’) is an agency of the European Union, associated to the Coordinated Organisations. The Staff Regulations of the Institute should be adapted to the development of the Institute and of the general regulatory framework of staff rules prevailing in the Coordinated Organisations. It is therefore necessary to review them.\n(2)\nThe Staff Regulations of the Institute, as adopted by the Council on 21 December 2001 and as amended by the Director with the assent of the Board on 15 June 2005 should therefore be repealed and replaced,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
