  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/119\nof 28 January 2016\namending Decision 2011/72/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 31 January 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/72/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia.\n(2)\nThe restrictive measures set out in Decision 2011/72/CFSP apply until 31 January 2016. On the basis of a review of that Decision, the restrictive measures should be extended until 31 January 2017. The entries for 48 persons should be amended.\n(3)\nDecision 2011/72/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
