THE STABILISATION AND ASSOCIATION COMMITTEE,

Having regard to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and Kosovof1, of the other part, and in particular Article 130 thereof,

Having regard to its rules of procedure, and in particular Article 10 thereof,
